The Angkelos Pirris Residence

Back to where you came from. The same text in Greek.

Angkelos Pirris {Άγγελος Πυρρής} built his residence in the late 1880's, behind the little Church of Agios Andreas ({Άγιος Ανδρέας} = Saint Andrew} by the square of Ippokration {Ιπποκράτειον} Hospital [The Hospital].

It is one of the very few buildings made of stone that are still preserved to this day.
