The State-run State Lottery Ticket of Social Concept {Kratiko Lahio Kinonikis Andilipseos ~ Κρατικό Λαχείο Κοινωνικής Αντιλήψεως} was established in 1967, as a substitute for the then "Lottery Ticket of the Editorial Staff" {Lahion Sindakton ~ Λαχείον Συντακτών}.
It is being issued once a year and the draw is being held on the last day of the year. Winning tickets are those whose number is included in the range of the numbers drawn.
